I placed an order for bucket and tilt pins and bushings on my Cat 267B machine. Got a delivery notice the parts had arrived, towed the machine to my shop, opened the package to see what was most likely someone else's order. Sent a text message to Rubber Tracks of America explaining the issue. The text was answered that evening with the reply "I will figure out what happened and get the correct parts to you" Never did get an actual name of the individual who sent the reply and got the correct parts sent but it happened and in a timely manner. We are all human, mistakes happen. Minor inconvenience but 100% satisfied by the actions taken.
